TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions as below. If you do not agree please do not purchase from this site. Radiator World Ltd reserves the right to alter or update these terms and you agree to be bound by such alterations or updates when you visit this site.
Confirmation of your order will be when you receive an email from us confirming your order and the contract will only exist when this email has been received by you. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. Any errors or omissions on this site or any invoices or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. If you wish to write to us regarding any matter we ask you to quote your purchase order reference number.
If an item you order is out of stock then you will be emailed to inform you of this and given an approximate date of delivery, you will be given an option to cancel the order. Payment is required if you still wish to continue with the order. Once the item is in stock, you will be sent an email informing you of this and the approximate date of delivery.
All prices include VAT. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied via email.
All orders must be paid in full before despatch unless otherwise agreed by Radiator World in writing. Goods remain the property of Radiator World Ltd until paid for in full.
Paying via Credit Card
We accept most credit cards, please see the home page. Whilst we take every precaution to avoid fraudulent activity, we accept no liability for an loss arising from the use of this web site.
Paying via Cheque
Cheque payment is accepted and on arrival to our office we allow 3 working days for the cheque to clear. On receipt of a cheque we will notify you of the delivery date. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale.
All our products are new, RAL coloured items are made to exact colour, whites and anthracite colours are the tones of Whites and Anthracites.
In the event of defect in a product please inform us by email, telephone or in writing. We do ask customers to let us know if they are not entirely satisfied, or they feel that they have any valid comment to make. All comments are take seriously and will be taken into consideration by the Managing Director.
All our goods hold, as advertised a manufacturers guarantee this is in addition to your statutory rights. Some products do not have a guarantee within the packaging, we ask the customer to keep their receipt for payment as their guarantee. If you wish to utilize your guarantee or you have a problem with your order we ask you to either post/email a picture of the problem along with a copy of your receipt and we will respond accordingly.
In some cases we may arrange collection of the goods to inspect them. Replacement is only a guarantee when the item has a manufacturing problem and we reserve the right to refuse replacement of items that have been damaged by the customer or any person who has been in contact with the item
You will receive an email notifying you of despatch. In most cases the delivery will be next working day for orders with cleared payment before 12:30 pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to have a specific date of delivery then you must email this request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not receive any alternative notification from you then the date given by us cannot be changed.
All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to:
Acts of God, strikes, lockouts, Courier mistakes.
Courier delivery is 95% certain, however the actions of the courier is out of our control, we therefore ask the you to inform us via email if you order have not been received on the date given to you on our dispatch email. We will then contact the courier on your behalf and then let you know via email what the situation is. We take no responsibility for the couriers actions or late deliveries.
On delivery you must sign for the correct amount of goods you have received, if you fail to check this then you may be responsible for the loss of these good(s). You must also sign for the goods as UNCHECKED, failure to do this may result in a claim being refused by the courier.
Once you have signed for your goods as “unchecked” and you then inspect to find some transit damage then you must notify us within 72 hrs, if you do not notify us via email within 72 hrs then your claim may be refused.
If you have receive an item that is not as described, you must inform us within 72 hrs.
If you have missing items which were not received you must inform us within 72 hrs. We accept no responsibility for items signed for in error. However in all cases we do aim to help to sort out any problem but we cannot give a guarantee once the terms and conditions have been broken by the customer.
Delivery is priced as advertised, deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some other destinations as liable to a surcharge (see below). Please ask before purchase if in doubt.
If you have made an error with your address then we are not responsible for any losses that may arise, charges from the courier to have the goods sent to the correct address. An additional charge will made and quoted at that time before the goods will re-rooted by the courier.
The courier will make every effort to deliver to you on time, however should the courier be unable to make a delivery, a notification card will be left informing you of the procedure to arrange a re-delivery.
If you fail to respond to the calling card left via the courier within the time specified on the card, good may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee. If delivery was advertise as “FREE” then you will be quoted a charge for delivery by us. If this payment is not received then the goods will not be sent. Your guarantee in most cases will be your receipt from us, you must keep this in a safe place should you need to use this in the future. If you have a problem and you wish to report or use your guarantee you may be asked to produce this receipt.
All goods sold comply with all the correct British standards legislation and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty is limited to goods supplied, no responsibility is accepted for any other loss occurring from the purchase, supply or installation of any goods supplied.
We do not accept any fault or responsibility for losses arising from the installation any of the products purchased from this site. We ask all our customers to seek the advise of trained and qualified installers. If at any time our sales team have given advise in writing or verbally then we accept no responsibility of errors associated with such advice.
We aim to help our customers where ever possible however customers must accept that all sanitary, electrical products which have association with boilers, gas, water mains and electricity are dangerous products and must be handled by a competent person.
If you wish to cancel an order there will be a 30% handling charge for DQ products and 5% for all other brands. If goods have already been dispatched then you are responsible for returning the item in the same condition as it was despatched from us or the supplier. If the item is returned not in it's original condition we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Any monies to be returned to the customer will be sent within 30 days. Collection of goods can be arranged by us but there will be an additional charge of £40 per item.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We take great care to reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers. Any such information is reproduced in good faith. Should you feel an error or omission has occurred, please contact us to discuss the product in more detail.
All the illustrations / colours are representative only, sizes are approximate, details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may liable to change without notice.
All pictures on this site are for illustration purposes only. All accessories associated with a picture will not be included in the sale unless other wise stated in the product description. Pictures of items which have different sizes are only representative and the customer is responsible for checking the product description and size of the item they wish to purchase. We do not accept responsibility and unless you have received an item which does not match your order we will not be able exchange it.
We reserve the right to cancel any order were the price displayed is in error.
We reserve the right to send marketing emails to customers to inform them of any special offers unless the customer states they wish not to be contacted via email.
Radiator World Ltd does not hold or store any debit or credit card details.
We do not provide an information or email addresses to third parties.
All information held by us conforms with the Data Protection Act 1974.
All complaints must be made in writing and posted to the registered office address. All complaints will be dealt with within 30 days. If no answer has been received from us then must report the failed response via phone.
